Navalai River Resort Bangkok, Bangkok

During our week-long stay at Navalai River Resort, we were impressed by the spacious rooms with stunning river views and a lovely pool area. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which made our experience even better. However, we did encounter a significant issue with the service at check-in that left a negative impression, as well as some concerns over pricing for additional guests. Despite this, the overall value for money is still quite reasonable.

This hotel is a great option for those wanting to explore Bangkok, especially if you're into lively areas like Khao San Road. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a balcony to enjoy the street view. While the service was generally good, I felt there was a slight room for improvement, particularly in the dining experience. The pool area offered beautiful views, and overall, it was a solid choice for the price.
